Pt presented with extremely brittle and grossly carious previously RCTed and crowned molar with abscess, with fast metabolizing anesthetic. Upon first attempt, I was unable to finish root tip portion of extraction and maxed out daily anesthetic. After a week of ABX, pt returned and complete root tip removal was done.
