Pt presented with failing dentition. Recommended full mouth exo with CD both arches. Pt had son's wedding coming up and declined Mx CD and accepted Md CD. Pt wanted to have temporary smile improvement with direct composite veneers on Mx. #6-11 composite done in one session with intra-oral lingual matrix made from wax up model. A2B,A3D, clear (filltek supreme) composite layering technique utilized.
