#13 implant provisional/final PFM+#19-22 PFM bridge

Pt transferred to me from graduating student in need of implant placement of #13. STL file for surgical guide created from wax up model. GRAD PERIO resident placed Straumann BL NC implant. After successful osseointergration, provisional crown placed to check occlusion and morphology. Final PFM crown delivered after 4 weeks.
Fall DS3

Same pt elected to proceed with 4 unit PFM bridge over multiple single unit implants on LL. Due to uneven occlusal plane, provisional bridge was placed from wax up model to evaluate functional movement. Final PFM bridge was delivered after 2 weeks of successful evaluation.
